I have oily scalp, normally I will wash my hair every day, but after using this shampoo, I can feel my scalps become more healthy, I now just need to wash my hair once two days. I think it's really suitable for oily scalps. BTW I love the smell of this shampoo, really fresh.

I am super sensitive to fragrance and get really bad headaches from overly scented products so I tend to avoid them if I can. This is an excellent basic shampoo, it does the job of conventional shampoo just without too much fragrance. I have normal hair and find this shampoo to be balanced in that it is not stripping nor overly hydrating.
